This policy explains what information polarityrx.com collects when you visit it or book a demo, and how we use it.

Who we are
PolarityRx Technologies LLC (“Polarity”, “we”, “us”) operates polarityrx.com. You can reach us at support@polarityrx.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the Polarity management software, the provider portal or any other Polarity product. Information in those products is handled under the written agreement with each customer.
Information we collect
When you browse the site
We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The site stores nothing in your browser.
Like every website, the site is delivered by a hosting provider, Microsoft Azure. To send you a page, Microsoft’s servers receive technical details your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. We do not use these details to identify you.
When you book a demo
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It loads only when you open the booking panel. If you book, Cal.com collects what you enter, such as your name, your email address and any notes you add, and shares it with us so we can hold the meeting. Cal.com’s own privacy policy also applies to the information it handles.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Please do not send patient information
This site is not designed to receive patient health information. Please do not enter any in the booking form or send it to us by email.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- deliver the site and keep it working and secure;
- schedule and hold the demo you booked, and follow up about it;
- answer your questions;
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
Who we share information with
We share information only with:
- service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as Microsoft (hosting) and Cal.com (booking), under their terms;
- authorities, when the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor, if Polarity is part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under a privacy policy at least as protective as this one.
How long we keep information
We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to keep ordinary business records, and then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to support@polarityrx.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state’s privacy law. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is meant for pharmacy and healthcare businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Where information is processed
Polarity is based in the United States, and the site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
