Agreement to these terms
polarityrx.com is operated by PolarityRx Technologies LLC (“Polarity”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who the site is for
The site describes Polarity’s products for compounding pharmacies, mail-order pharmacies and the providers who prescribe for them. It is meant for businesses evaluating those products. It is not meant for patients.
No medical or professional advice
Nothing on the site is medical, pharmacy, legal or regulatory advice. Do not rely on the site to make clinical or compliance decisions.
Information about our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but features, availability and descriptions can change without notice. Features marked “In development” are not yet available. Images and animations illustrate how the products work and may not match a specific release.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a contract. Use of any Polarity product is governed only by a separate written agreement between Polarity and the customer.
Booking a demo
Demo booking is provided by Cal.com. Cal.com’s terms and privacy policy apply to its service. Booking a demo creates no obligation for you or for us.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
- probe, scan or test the site’s security without our written permission;
- copy the site’s content at scale by automated means;
- send malicious code, or use the site to break any law;
- misrepresent who you are when you book a demo or contact us.
Our content
The site and its content, including its text, design, illustrations, animations and 3D scenes, belong to Polarity or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Polarity, the Polarity name and the Polarity logo are trademarks of Polarity. You may view the site to learn about our products. You may not copy, change or reuse its content without our written permission.
Other websites and services
The site links to or loads services run by others, such as Cal.com. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Polarity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Polarity harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Polarity consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept the change.
